SOCIAL MEDIA TO ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS
A staple in downtown Springfield for the past decade, The Coffee Ethic has created a gathering place for people from all walks of life. We extend their excellence in hospitality online by maintaining their social media accounts.
Starting with a competitive and category review, we identified what content resonated with their audience and what opportunities existed in the local market. Collaboratively, we decided that we wanted to bring The Coffee Ethic's motto of Cup, People and Earth to the forefront. We intentionally post pictures of coffee made well (cup), feature our community and their content (people) and tell the stories behind the coffee beans (earth).
In the span of 14 months, the brand experienced:
- 46.34% increase in followers on Instagram
- 8.22% increase in followers on Facebook
- 7% increase in followers on Twitter
